What would modern life be without plastic? Plastics is a part of our everyday life. We are constantly using them without thinking and caring how is it affecting our world, and where does the plastic goes after we purchase and use it? I don’t think it’s possible to stop using plastics, but I believe we could replace some of the plastic we use with something else that are less damaging to the environment and that can be reused.
The fact, today almost half of the marine mammals now has consumed plastics into their guts, and it’s horrifying to see those videos of bird’s intestine are filled with plastics, plastics that we threw away. Imagine that in another few years from now, how damaging human beings are to the environment and the life around us and we are NOT doing anything to try to help this situation!
