Water scarcity has become the most major global issue that humanity faces. Even though it seems like we have an endless water supply, only 1.0% of water is useable; therefore, the intensity of the issue increases every single day. More and more people live their lives without clean water. The water crisis is so bad that farmers in California are selling water instead of their crops because water yields more profit. No matter whether your country is developed or undeveloped, every country is affected by the crisis.

Studies have shown that the water crisis is caused by a lot of factors that you might not have ever thought of (Example: Mining). Although water shortages are getting worse and worse everyday, governments are taking action. It is never too late to fix problems that affect humanity. If we start to find solutions and apply them, then the water crisis will be solved.
