Water is a very important factor for all living things on the planet. The world is covered with 70% water; therefore, many people might think that there is still plenty of water left for us. However, in real life we are running out of water due to the growth of the human population, agriculture, factories, urbanization, deforestation, climate change, pollution, and many other factors. Nowadays, people are unaware of the water shortage. Most people didn’t know that there's only a small amount of clean drinkable water available. 90% of our daily water usage comes from food, while 10% comes from drinking and household uses. With the current amount of water falling, the world will be facing a massive water shortage within 15 years. Many places around the world, like California and São Paulo, are currently facing a severe water shortage.
Imagine the world without water! Imagine you're living without water! That would be worse. Although many of us are not affected by water shortages, in some developing countries, people are struggling with this very real issue. They have a hard time living everyday. A lot of them don't even have a water to drink or to use. This is a big global issue that we should be focusing on. We could change this by our daily habitats. An important thing that we can do is to not waste water. Many famous companies have been contributing to the water shortage, and because of this, the water crisis is getting worse. We personally think that all humans living on earth should help spread awareness and make changes to the world.
